TAG Safety System
Always carry your tag, which indicates whether you are certified to belay.

Always bring a towel with you.
If you don't have one, you can rent one on-site.

Always climb with clean shoes.
If you don't have any, you can rent a pair from us.

Climbing barefoot is prohibited.

FAQ

I've never climbed before, can I come to the gym and give it a try?

For your safety and the safety of others in the gym, beginners with no climbing experience are required to complete a course on safety and basic climbing techniques.

You can do this by signing up for a free introductory session with an instructor during your first visit HERE.

Can I climb on my own, or do I need a partner to climb or sign up for a course?

Yes, you can climb on your own or book a one-on-one training session with an instructor. Learn more here.

What equipment do I need?

Comfortable sports clothing and enthusiasm will do the trick.

We offer climbing gear and shoes (climbing shoes) for rent. You can view the rental equipment prices here.

Climbing shoes are recommended, but for beginners, comfortable and clean sports shoes are also suitable. 🙂

What is an auto-belay device?

The auto-belay is a device that allows you to climb without a partner to belay you. You simply clip the carabiner to your harness, and you’re ready to climb on your own. Our gym has 18 auto-belays available. Learn more about these devices and safety in the gym here.

Safety in climbing gyms

Climbing is a risky sport, and like any activity that takes place off the ground, there is a danger of falling due to inattention or equipment malfunction. The latter can result from improper use, incorrect or irregular maintenance, low-quality equipment from an unclear source, or a manufacturing defect. Incidents related to malfunctioning safety equipment inevitably raise questions and concerns about all such gear, whether it is personal or provided for use in a commercial center.
