How do automatic payments and the annual subscription differ?
The annual prepaid subscription is paid in full upfront. With it, you have access to free parking at the building and our member bonuses, but you can freeze it for only 2 months per year.
Can I cancel the automatic payment subscription at any time?
Yes, you can. There is no fee charged, and you owe nothing.
On which day of the month are the installments for the automatic payment subscription charged?
That depends on the date you started your subscription. Our system charges you 7 days before the start of the next month.
Can I take advantage of discounts for courses and training with a monthly prepaid subscription?
Yes, you can! Both the unlimited access monthly subscriptions for adults and the limited access monthly subscriptions for adults offer discounts for courses and training.
How can i freeze my membership?

Subscriptions with automatic payments can be frozen for an unlimited period for a fee of 9.99 BGN/month, while prepaid annual subscriptions can be frozen for up to two months with no fee charged.
What does freeze my membership mean?
There are two types of subscription freezing:
- Freezing a subscription with automatic payments:
Your monthly fee will be reduced to 9.99 BGN for an unlimited period of time. When you are ready to resume climbing, simply contact us or visit the gym, and we will reactivate your subscription. - Freezing a prepaid annual subscription:
If you are unable to visit the gym, you can freeze your subscription for up to two months per year. Just contact us at climbing@walltopia.com, and we will freeze your subscription. These two months will be added as a bonus to the duration of your subscription, so you can climb whenever it’s convenient for you.
